As you know, Google is always strict in running ads. So there is always the possibility that the account has been suspended without doing anything. Do read our policy carefully before making a purchase; we are not responsible for non-compliance with the policy.
- Warranty within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- We will replace a new account if you have failed to log in to your account for the first time after your order has been delivered.
- We will refund if there is no replacement product.
- Warranty within 7 days from the date of receipt if you have failed to log in to your account.
- After we deliver the products successfully, there will be no refunds.
- We do not replace or make a refund if you have been suspended by Google.
WARRANTY ACCEPTED: Within 24 hours from the date of purchase, customers are entitled to the warranty in the following cases:
- The invite link to receive BM cannot be accessed (Link error, Link expired)
- BM is restricted from advertising
- BM has a disabled ad account
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: Customers are not guaranteed in the following cases:
- BM has been promoted to Camp by you (including drafts)
- BM has added payment information
- BM has created an ad account
- BM has been added to a personal advertising account
- BM has created a Pixel or received a Pixel from another BM
- BM verified by temporary mail service
- BM has dropped the threshold
WARRANTY ACCEPTED: Within 3 hours from the date of purchase, customers are entitled to the warranty in the following cases:
- First-time login failed (wrong UID, wrong password, wrong 2FA code)
- Account restricted from advertising
- The account has been disabled personal ad account before
- Checkpoint account.
- Account information is not correct
Note: If the FB account has successfully logged in, BMTEAM is no longer responsible for it via warranty

- Account is checkpointed
- Account restricted from advertising
- Account disabled personal ad account by running a campaign, adding a payment method, adding another Facebook partner…
